pet-friendly
Lincoln Green welcomes your four-legged family member/s. A part of caring for your family pet means being a "good neighbor" (courteous and respectful of others). Please take a moment to read our pet-friendly guidelines:
- What size family pet may reside at Lincoln Green? Seventy-five (75) pounds in weight fully-grown. That's a lot of lovin'.
- How many pets to an apartment home? Two (2) pets with a combined weight not to exceed 75 lbs. (fully grown). That's double the lovin'.
- The Who's Who of Pets? Yes, only those pet(s) identified on the signed lease addendum will occupy the premises—the Lincoln Green staff considers your pet part of our community. We request a photograph of your pet at move-in for our records.
- Breeds? Flavors? We hope you can understand that only breeds of a none aggressive nature are allowed (please no rottweilers, pit bull-types or a cross breed containing one or more of these breeds, etc.). Call the office for clarification if needed (336) 282-6206.
- What's the "good neighbor policy"? Taking a bag when you head outside, "Don't leave home without'em." Lincoln Green provides 20+ pet waste stations located throughout the property for your convenience or call the office to pick up some to keep "on hand".
- You make the difference. "Picking up" after your pet/s has a positive impact on your neighbors. How?
a. By reducing health issues for fellow residents.
b. Maintains our good lake water quality -no waste to pollute after rain run-off.
c. Active fine prevention - violation costs can be up to $50 in fines.
d. Courteous and respectful - Leaving home without'em (the bags) resulting in violations/fines, may lead to a request to remove your pet from the property. We don't want that. - Did you know? N.C. State Law requires dogs be kept inside except when on a leash and accompanied by and under control of the resident.
- Visit our dog run. Please, no pet may be tied to any fixed object such as a tree, signpost, etc. You wouldn't do that?
- Take care. As a resident, you are responsible for injuries or damage to person or property caused by your pet.
- They're worth it! Lincoln Green has a one-time pet fee of $300.00 for one pet and $400.00 for two pets. No Pet Rent or Pet Deposits!
"Ruff, ruff. Meooow."
That's "Welcome!" from our four-legged Lincoln Green residents.
