Age requirements?
Residents must be 21 years of age unless residing with a parent or legal guardian.
Directions:
From the downtown area: Take Wendover to Battleground/220 N, continue NORTH, turn RIGHT onto New Garden Road (go about 100 yards) and take a LEFT into Lincoln Green.
From I-40: Take Guilford College EXIT, turn RIGHT on New Garden Road, travel approx. 2 miles, crossing over Battleground Ave., Lincoln Green is immediately on the LEFT.
From PTI Airport: Turn LEFT onto Joseph M. Bryan Blvd/Airport Pkwy. Take the New Garden Road exit and turn LEFT onto New Garden Road. Cross over Battleground Avenue and turn LEFT into Lincoln Green (about a 12 minute drive).

Security service?
A patrol service checks the Lincoln Green property common areas 4 - 5 times nightly. The patrol service is available to assist residents with minor problems. For emergencies, dial 911 to contact the police. To obtain a crime report for Northwest Greensboro: contact the Police Department (336) 373-2222.

The clubhouse is available for lease after business hours until 1:00 am for $125. Reservations and a refundable deposit required.

Lincoln Green offers over 900 parking spaces throughout the property for 616 apartment homes.
